The Rencool BCA-6 is a purpose-built anti-idle air conditioning unit engineered for the most demanding environments, including mining, tunneling, and heavy construction. Designed to function as both a primary and secondary (anti-idle) cooling solution, the BCA-6 ensures operator comfort and system reliability in high ambient and corrosive environments—above or below ground.
This innovative unit integrates seamlessly with OEM evaporators, allowing cabin airflow to remain unchanged through factory vents while enabling anti-idle cooling when the engine is shut down. It’s particularly valuable for large equipment that cannot afford downtime due to A/C servicing or compressor failure.
Dual Compressor Design
The BCA-6 system is configured to work with:

Both compressors incorporate oil separation via suction accumulation tanks, increasing system longevity and maintaining consistent performance.
